This marks the sample No in RED where asbestos is detected and in GREEN where no asbestos is detected. A digital photograph of the sample site is provided together with a summary of background data for that sample.

Each Risk Assessment page (where asbestos is detected), then presents the results of the recorded survey data and calculates the risk assessment figure for :-
